Theatre & Drama Studies Campaign

This season campaign is a mockup for the Theatre and Drama Studies Department at the University of Toronto and Sheridan College. It includes mockups for a brochure, posters for the plays, and social media pages, designed around a cohesive monochrome blue palette.

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign

Brochure

The brochure was designed to introduce audiences to the upcoming season’s productions. The mockup showcases sample page spreads, illustrating how the mainstage plays and studio series plays would appear in the final layout. Mainstage productions are given full spreads to emphasize their importance, while studio series plays are presented on individual pages. The front of the brochure displays a wordmark designed for this season's campaign; it's an acronym for the Theatre and Drama Studies Department, T&DS. As for the colour scheme, I chose the colour blue for this campaign for its calm yet dramatic presence. I felt that it reflected both the emotional depth and creative exploration that are at the heart of the season.

Posters

The posters for this campaign echo the brochure’s colour palette and use bold, dramatic imagery to capture attention and spark curiosity. Poster mockups are also included to demonstrate how the designs would stand out and perform in real public spaces.

Social Media Mockups

A new season brings the need for updated social media marketing to spread the word about the upcoming productions. The client, the T&DS Department, requested mockups for a Facebook and an Instagram page, showcasing how the season's materials would appear to an online audience.
